We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

- Unused and unworn
- With original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
📦 Easy Return Pickup (No Need to Ship)

If your return request is approved:
- Our delivery partner will arrange a pickup from your address
- You do not need to ship the product yourself
- Please ensure the item is properly packed and in safe condition at the time of pickup

Please record a parcel opening video at the time of delivery.
This video will act as proof in case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Without proper proof, we may not be able to process certain claims.
